As a professional holistic counsellor, I am trained to walk alongside you and help you navigate the deep, inner terrain of your psyche, understanding and integrating that your body, mind, emotions, spirit, and health are fundamentally interconnected.

Using my experience and various techniques and tools, I could help you discover and access your own inner wisdom and healing capacity to find the origin of your challenges.

We will work at your pace towards your goals and tailoring each session to your needs.

Holistic counselling is a journey ... and like all adventures, there may be challenges along the way. Still, the rewards could be having a renewed sense of yourself with high self-esteem, peace, improved vitality, more love and more deep relationships.

 

These sessions are not about just talking. Things have changed since the days of lying on the couch talking to a therapist about her problems while she took notes and gave advice. Holistic counselling is an active process in which your participation is essential. You will participate in experiential processes designed to work beyond the intellectual and cognitive levels to address deeper patterns of your behaviour. Finding ways to access and work with the unconscious and non-verbal parts of yourself is key to creating lasting change. You may also take a "homework" to complete between sessions to help you raise awareness on how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours contribute to the problems we are working through.

In couples therapy: You are not the client. The couple is the client.
It is about the two of you as a unit, not about either of you as individuals.

 

Holistic Counseling sessions for couples offer a space of confidentiality, trust, listening and support that could allow you both to express feelings and expectations, tell your story, reflect and become aware of what is preventing you both to move towards a happier life.

It is also a space to learn and remember what is meaningful to you as a couple and bring it into your life. Learn new ways to communicate; understand and appreciate yourself and your partner more deeply as well.

 

Human beings behave in patterns, and relationships are where those patterns intensify. Therapy is about changing those relationship patterns and creating the love you want.
